Ever since this location opened the service has been awful and the food takes far too long to be prepared. It doesn’t matter if it’s a slow time or a busy time, it always takes too long. It is very bad service, we were there for more than 20 minutes and they never listened to us and so we left the restaurant, lack of service
Ever since this location opened the service has been awful and the food takes far too long to be prepared. It doesn’t matter if it’s a slow time or a busy time, it always takes too long. Eggs, bacon, and pancakes should not be a 2 hour ordeal! I go back because my 16 year old loves the French Toast but today she made the call for us to just get up and leave. We were seated immediately, which was great. We then waited for 20 minutes and my daughter said let’s just leave Dad. All servers on duty walked by us multiple times. None of them took our drink order much less acknowledged us. Do better or shut down already. Please.
Clean, food was fresh. No wait. Staff was attentive and very kind.
On 8/5, I hate when I am told that something will be done and it doesn 't get done. I googled the Sugarland location and was given the Rosenberg location instead. I ordered my food online and went to pick up my order at Suagrland and figured out the order was made at the wrong IHOP!! I called Rosenberg to cancel my order because it was going to take too long to get there and I would be late for work. I spoke to Jamal the manager that morning and told him what happened and he told me he was going to refund my money. This was on Aug 5th, it 's now Aug 14th and my bank account does not contain my refund of $18.38. If you say you are going to do something, then do it. I don 't want to have bad vibes when I go into the Rosenberg location. I hope this reaches the right hands and the right thing is done. I trusted Jamal with my name and number to call me and I have not received one call. Jamal , this is not good management etiquette. I know you were taught better customer service skills than this. If this is how you do business, Do Better. I had to give this a one star review to start this post, but after reading the previous reviews, this place deserves no stars, in fact, negative stars!! It 's disgusting how you treat paying customers. Advertising hot fresh food and great customer service is false advertisement and LIES LIES LIES!! Ya 'll need to either shut this place down or fire all the employees along with and rehire people who deserve jobs that are hard working and humble. This is not good at all...hmm, where is Channel 2 and Channel 13? People need to know about this. Despicable!!
