This is the absolute BEST Mod Pizza out of the ones I’ve dined in. I can just tell when an establishment is NOT managed well and I can tell when one is managed with EXCELLENCE- the food, especially the people people make all the difference. Aaron the manager and his team are always friendly and professional! And the food is awesome! Service: Take out

Update on 2/13/25. Totally screwed my order. Wrong pizza and burned the other one. Called and talked to “manager” and she offered to refund in 5-7 days and that was about it. No offer to replace or make right just no dinner tonight and wait 7 days for a refund. Haven’t been here in a while now I know why. Be better and hire some competent management please. update: my wife went back today and had an exceptional experience. Manager recalled the previous bad experience and owned up to it and definitely made it right. Kudos to them and looking forward to future visits. Thank you! Totally screwed up order by TWICE telling me it would be ready only to find out that the 3rd item was not even out in the oven. How do you confirm it would be ready TWICE without even looking at the order. And this was from someone who claimed to be the manager. She handled this poorly then when I called back for the refund said the credit would take 24-48 hours but was not sure if I would receive a confirmation or not. Wow! That’s it. Failed twice, can’t confirm the credit then a simple “Thanks” as she hangs up. Customer service anyone?
