Very disappointing experience. If I could rate this 0/5 I would. There’s a reason people add so many ingredients on a create-your-own pizza — and that’s in order for them to have an enjoyable experience regardless of the size and number of pizzas they order. I would rate the restaurant a perfect 5 in terms of service, atmosphere, and overall experience. Everything from the friendly staff to the cozy ambiance made for an exceptional dining experience.
This is the absolute BEST Mod Pizza out of the ones I’ve dined in. I can just tell when an establishment is NOT managed well and I can tell when one is managed with EXCELLENCE- the food, especially the people people make all the difference. Got pizza delivered and the pizza was burnt! Too much trouble to return the pizza due to calling Doordash because it's absolutely not Doordash's fault. $12 for a single burnt pizza, shame on you MOD pizza, you need to do better. If I was in store, this burnt pizza would have never made it to the customer, however since I was a delivery, they made it pass!! Not good business practices. I kinda want my money back! But, I just want this location to not pass anymore burnt pizzas or have better quality control at this location, please!
