Great coffee as at most GJs franchises, unfortunately lost a star as some owners would rather charge you 20 cents to use a card (and not signpost it) than make customers happy. Also this particular store still has only the old loyalty card system which I thought had been phased out, so I couldn't use my card. View all feedback.

My wife had a terrible experience this afternoon at the restaurant. She wanted to order two baby sols for our children and was met with a rather condescending response, as if it were a major inconvenience. When she tried to order a cake, she felt embarrassed by the staff's reaction. The staff member accused her of wanting an unreasonable amount for a small cake plate. Order completely wrong, then the manager refuses to reimburse or make the right drink, argues and screams, tells me I ordered a cold drink when I never drink cold coffee. inappropriate experience.
I’ve order a Mocha truffle today and I was really upset , it tasted like a coffee only .This is my favourite place for coffee and today I was really disappointed and they didn’t cared.Normally is other 2 people taking order , but today was a mess. They were really confused and took to long .
Worst tasting coffee ever. Is this Gloria Jean's hard to believe. I ordered mocha truffle but there is no hint of truffle or coffee just tastes bitter and smells disgusting. It's on 6th of May 2022 5pm. These baristas really need training. The google reviews are full of bad rating shud be aware of it.
I ordered an iced tea around 4:15pm on Monday 7th March 2022. The dark girl with the hijab (didn’t get her name, they should have name tags so we can identify them here) did not even smile ONCE during our interaction and looked like she’d rather be anywhere else in the world. She just slammed my tea down on the counter and turned away straightaway without even a “thank you” or “have a nice day”. If you’re going to hire teenagers, at least make sure they’re aware they’re in customer service, and no matter what kind of day they’re having, they’d better have a basic level of politeness if they ever want the customers spending their money there again. This girl certainly didn’t seem to get it.
Terrible attitude from staff,snd disgusting coffee, go somewhere else!!!!
