It's a shame because it's a good restaurant to have in town, especially with limited options available. I ended up going across the street to Jimmy John's instead.

It's not to far from DTW if nearby travelers need a quick bite to eat.

This has to be the worst Jimmy Johns, the girl behind the counter (with purple eyelashes) was a snot, she finally said to me I am not waiting on him and walked... read more This has to be the worst Jimmy Johns, the girl behind the counter (with purple eyelashes) was a snot, she finally said to me I am not waiting on him and walked away. All because I went through the drive-through and she repeatedly said I can 't hear you and I was talking plenty loud. This is the 3rd time I got this snot and I called the corporate office, not sure if they will do anything about it. However, this girl should NEVER be in the customer service position. They should have her tucked away where she can not converse with the public. Worst place ever for service, not to mention, they get the orders wrong and you get the wrong sandwiches and didn 't know it till I got halfway home.

The cashier doesn't listen and sows me the receipt. I had to take the soggy sub.I don;t recommend this place or visit here again ever.
