I was hesitant to eat here, but I am certainly glad I did! I got the shrimp boil and added sausage (med cajun and my girlfriend got the crab leg boil (med garlic butter . The food was fabulous by far the best seafood boil I?ve had eating out. The shrimpwere large and very tasty and the crab legs were about 3-4 times the size of that at red lobster and better tasting too (thegarlic butter went very well with the crab . I highly recommend! Typing this review as I wait for our dessert to go???? (EDIT :Try the funnel fries and thank me later ;
The food is usually pretty good when I order from here. I always get the fried shrimp but just last night I wanted to try the grilled shrimp with seasoned rice, corn and a roll The rice tasted like cheap box rice and everything else tasted okay. Therolls are always buttery and the corn needed seasoning. However around midnight I got a stomach ache and vomited all my foodback up ???? . Idk what caused it smh, I hope they?re keeping it clean in the kitchen !!!!!
When I drove up on a Saturday night and both the parking lot restaurant were empty, I worried. Yet, I wanted to try the Boil. There?s no one to sit you nor help you understand their procedure. You order at the cash register are asked to tip rightthere. The guy tried, but was new. The girl was on her phone and wasn?t paying attention. No service at all! No one refilled adrink or brought more napkins. No one offered crab cracker, even though I ordered the Low Country Boil. No extra sides came withit (like on the menu online) no cocktail or tartar sauce; so, I had to go to the counter several times. It was all so odd andcreepy. One of 4 TVs were on, yet the radio was so loud you couldn?t hear it or anyone around (oh wait, there was no one). Thefood was tasty, but, as they say, ?service can make or break the place?. I?m only giving it 3 starts for the food. The lack ofservice, loud music, and ?self- serve? for a Saturday night seafood dinner that was much more expensive than I was expecting,created an eery feeling for me that doesn?t beckon me to return. Sorry
Love they food. Always fresh and cook to order. Slush lemonade is amazing. Haven't been disappointed yet. Going tomorrow
Food is great as well as service. One complaint I have is their mac n cheese. Their menu lists it as a $3.99 item. I would advise people to NOT order their Mac. It is literally Stouffers frozen macaroni. This is not made in house nor is it fresh inany way. I was craving some good Mac tonight and decided to go out on a limb and check them out. Again food is great, but thisparticular side item isWAY over priced. It?s mushy and gross. Please save your $4 for something else. The mashed potatoes arefantastic. Try that instead!
