Nestled in downtown Rockwall, Ramenhead boasts a trendy atmosphere with captivating decor, making it a popular spot for friends and families alike. While some diners rave about the rich, flavorful broth and generous portions, others find the ramen underwhelming and bland. The service can be hit-or-miss, with some reports of unprofessional behavior overshadowing the generally friendly staff. Despite limited vegetarian options, the diverse menu and delectable appetizers have left many guests satisfied. Although parking can be tricky, the overall experience—from ambiance to food—has potential with just a few adjustments. Ramenhead remains a local favorite worth a visit.

I have been at this restaurant for lunch on March 19 2022, is a small place very well known for their Ramen soups. My favorite dish here is the Katsu bowl with crunchy chicken and seasoned rice. I have tried for first time their version of devil eggs, they call it Japanese devil eggs and comes with crunchy bacon, green onions and a combination of sweet and salty sauces that you see in the picture. Is super delicious, the flavors mixed together are amazing and if you are a foodie like me, it won?t disappoint you!

This restaurant is definitely a must-visit if you're in the area. The service from the wait staff was excellent. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. I have no complaints whatsoever. Our waitress, Rachel, was fantastic and recommended her favorite dishes. We tried a few and thoroughly enjoyed them.

I recently visited Ramen Head for the first time and had a great experience. The restaurant was quite busy, but we were seated promptly and given menus and water. The menu had a good variety of ramen and rice dishes, with prices ranging from $10 to $15. I decided to try their signature Tonkotsu and black garlic ramen, both with a spicy level that lived up to its name. The food arrived quickly and was beautifully presented. The broth was flavorful and well-balanced, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the chasu was tender and delicious. Both ramen dishes were fantastic, though the black garlic ramen may be too intense for those new to ramen. The spice level was just right for me, but be warned - it packs a punch! Overall, the ramen was delicious and reasonably priced. I plan on returning to try more of their dishes.

Place was good. Moved to Rockwall and taught they wouldn’t have any ramen places but I am happy I’m pleasantly surprised. Good food, authentic style Ramen, and good customer service. I knew right away this place will be good because there was a longline every-time we pass by. Definitely a recommendation.

First time at Ramen Head and had a very nice experience. On this day, the restaurant was relatively busy but we were quick to be seated with menus and waters. The menu had a nice selection of ramen and rice dishes with prices ranging from 10-15$. I wantedto try their ramen so I ordered the signature Tonkotsu and black garlic ramen, both with face melting spice level to see if itwere spicy or not. After 10 mins, the food arrived looking delightful and delicious. The broth was rich, hardy, well balancedand very flavorful. The noodles were cooked just right and chasu was fatty, tender and down right delicious. Both ramen wereexcellent however if you are new to the ramen game, I would suggest the Tonkotsu because the black garlic ramen can be a bitoverpowering if you are not used to intense garlic flavor. The face melting spice level was quite spicy but was just right forme. Be warn though, it will make you breathe fire. Overall, the ramen was excellent and reasonably priced. Will certainly comeagain to try their other dishes.
