Bin 303 - Rockwall
Bin 303
Description
Nestled in the heart of Rockwall, this restaurant presents a blend of culinary triumphs and missteps. Diners rave about exceptional steaks, meticulously cooked and accompanied by an inviting atmosphere, though some felt their burgers were dry and served lukewarm. Service is often praised, with attentive staff enhancing the dining experience; however, inconsistencies in food quality and reservation management tarnish its reputation. While the ambiance and flavors entice repeat visits, customers express high expectations for their meals. Despite the drawbacks, many consider it a hidden gem worth a try, particularly for special occasions and larger gatherings.

We made a reservation for 2 to celebrate my husband?s birthday and received the royal treatment! We were seated in a private booth and a card signed by many employees greeted us on the table. We started with the baked TX goat cheese. We both had filetmignon (mine was the standard) and the were cooked to our liking. We each got a different side to share (shaved Brussels sprouts& grilled asparagus) and they were delicious! My husband got the complimentary birthday treat and I got the crème brûlée.Deb was our server and she was such a delight! We will be back!
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner that was absolutely amazing! We ordered the crab dip and chips for our appetizer. My husband ordered the flat iron steak and I ordered the salmon both of our sides were brussel sprouts. For dessert we shared the cremebrulee. Everything was delicious! The service was great!
This has got to be one of the most delicious restaurants I've ever had the pleasure to eat at, hands down. Every meal I've had has been delicious and nothing short of perfect. They always have such an interesting menu, too. I brought my friend for herbirthday and we had SUCH a good time. The staff were friendly and even took the time to tell her happy birthday (not just theserver! . Thank you Collin for being such a sweetheart for the night! The location is in a remodeled older home in downtownRockwall, and that's such a cozy atmosphere. I highly suggest you visit if you haven't. Can't imagine anyone NOT findingsomething to their liking. If you're checking out my picture, that nearly empty skillet in the middle is a crab dip wedemolished. Seriously too good to be good for us!
Well this is may be the 6th time I?ve been here. I thought I had left a review already that wasn?t great, based on logistical and service related stuff, but maybe I didn?t. This is the first time I?ve been back in a long while, and I?m pleased to say, itdid not disappoint and I?m glad I gave it another try. The food here has always been outstanding. I?ve always heard how greatthe steaks are here. Though I?ve eaten here a handful of times, this is the first time I?ve done a steak. I chose the pepperdusted filet. Might be in top 5 steaks I?ve had. It was perfect! The pepper dusting, the small mushrooms, the mushroom creamsauce was amazing and cooked to perfection!! We got the 3 sides for $16. Brussels sprouts had great flavor, truffle fries andtwice baked potato were perfect. The unsweetened iced tea tased so good and was so refreshing. The flavor of the tea was reallygood. We had desert and chose the key lime pie. It was outstanding!! Get it.

Everything was served quickly, cooked perfectly, andtasted absolutely amazing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you for making our night even more special
