My only issue is that the shrimp are a bit small for my liking - I prefer a mouthful of shrimp in my po'boy. The shrimp quesadilla was a pleasant surprise, very tasty! Just note that if you order something "grilled", it's cooked on a flattop not on an actual grill, but still tasty. This place is a refreshing change from the typical Rockwall restaurants. Definitely worth a visit with your family today!

It's a hidden gem that won't stay undiscovered for long. The limited seating means arriving early is a good idea to avoid waiting. We started with a half dozen oysters that were impressively large and fresh. I like to crumble crackers on my oysters before eating them, while my wife prefers them on crackers. For entrees, I had the coconut shrimp basket and my wife had the Crab stuffed mushrooms, which were technically an appetizer but still satisfying. The happy hour drinks were a good deal at $3 for well drinks and $2 for other liquor drinks. We plan to return, possibly with friends next time, to enjoy the variety of new food items and good conversation.

The oysters reflected the changing times in the industry anything smaller would probably have never been harvested. Theclam chowder did indeed have a hint of clam but the salinity was probably intentional. The crab cakes were done well as were thetacos. The blackened salmon was saved by the fact that it was wild. The grilled redfish had the telltale grill pattern but nodark markings. Presumably those are limited to deep water seafood.

A nice mix of fried seafood and fresh seafood along with gumbo?s. I tried the Crab Fingers for $20 and it was actually a reallygood deal. They were seasoned welled, served in a butter bowl and came with plenty of fingers. Never had a dish like thisbefore, very unique. Perfect for when you want a taste of crab but don?t want to do the whole boil and deal with the mess.Cornbread was authentic and good. Hot coco was delicious. No complaints. It was a cozy place and very lively. I would come backplenty of times.
