When I got home and opened the container it was macaroni and cheese with broccoli in it. This is the second time the food has not been correct on my order.Very expensive to not get the right food. Doubt I will return.

The employees do their best to correct it, but clearly something is going on at this location. I have to unwrap everything and inspect it beforeI leave the restaurant just to make sure it's right.

They were out of what I wanted and came for. When I picked up my food the staff did not smile or speak back whenI said hello. Food was mediocre at best. I had zero interaction apart from a ?yes?? when I came back to the counter to ask thestaff member (who was walking away for more dressing. PANERA THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND IS IT IS NOT THE FUTURE OFCUSTOMER SERVICE. The coffee was decent :

Not only did it have the garlic sauce on it but I was given two bottoms instead of a bagel top and a bagel bottom. The person that made it and acknowledged it and made no attempt to correct it.
