Very good, but one side is so cold. very nice service and eat. I love her suppen and sandwiches, its delicious, healthy and delicious. are very nice and polite, and if they are not there to pick up their order, these young people will bring food to their table, bless their hearts.
Yesterday they even carried orders to us at our tables! Very nice. Food was super. The cinnamon raisin bread I brought home was the best we have ever had, anywhere.
What's not to love about Panera. Always fresh and healthy!
I came in and waited a couple of minutes at the front. No one greeted me or asked to take my order. I reluctantly ordered at the kiosk up front. They were out of what I wanted and came for. When I picked up my food the staff did not smile or speak back whenI said hello. Food was mediocre at best. I had zero interaction apart from a ?yes?? when I came back to the counter to ask thestaff member (who was walking away for more dressing. PANERA THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND IS IT IS NOT THE FUTURE OFCUSTOMER SERVICE. The coffee was decent :
For the third time in a row they were out of chocolate cookies. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup. When I got home and opened the container it was macaroni and cheese with broccoli in it. This is the second time the food has not been correct on my order.Very expensive to not get the right food. Doubt I will return.
