The service was terrible and sooo slow. even the manager ignored me when I finally got my order and only needed some ketchup when my frosty was melted in the car.
Nothing wrong with the food the day we were hereChicken sandwich was hot, fries were hot and freshMy wife had apple pecan grilled chicken salad.
Stay away! Just ordered a chicken sandwich combo It was raw! Went in to speak with manager and get my money back No apologies or anything.
This Wendy 's has never given me any trouble...until tonight. About 6:00 PM, the person working the drive-thru does not say anything and just let 's you sit there. After about 3 or 4 minutes, I ask, Am I waiting on you, or are you waiting on me? Another minute goes by, Go ahead with your order. Then, the Italian Mozzarella Cheeseburger does not come as advertised. Therewas a thin, single slice (not breaded patty) of mozzarella cheese.
12-6-22 around 230. The drive thru employees are awful. They seem down right uneducated and have absolutely no manners. They just seem lazy. Like irritated we even pulled up and ordered food. Now on another note the food was 7 out of 10. So if u areokay with a little ghetto service and are hungry go for it. As a business owner it upsets me to see employees behave this way.It can destroy a business and slow traffic to make decent profits. Managers make some changes!!!!
