We have visited this restaurant twice for lunch. Both times, we received friendly service and enjoyed delicious food. They offer a variety of gluten-free options as well as plenty of choices for vegetarians.
Paul and I just wrapped up dinner at Firefly, a spot our real estate agent suggested. I have to admit, I was a bit unsure when we walked into the cozy downtown location...
We were happy to take a break from our long road trip and stop at this local restaurant for dinner. Eating on the sidewalk patio was a refreshing change from being cooped up in the car.
Visit roanoke at this weekend. loved the city market! at firefly fare stopped for lunch. the foods were great! definitely come back when we visit again!
Encourages to have such a place in roanoke. we traveled a few weeks ago to roanoke to visit family. there were 2 vegans in our party and the other 4 people eat whatever. there were several vegan options. we ordered the Indonesian bbq tofu bowl, falafel pita, the incan bowl and the blt panini. my fav was the bbq tofu! the people who ordered the blt panini thought it was something on the small side, so if they order this, they might order an salat or app to go with it. the service was excellent and they had several interesting beer and fresh juices. excited to visit again when we are next time in the city.
