When our lunch finally arrived, the fries were bland, and the onion rings were greasy with an off-putting taste. Both of our double burgers were dry and nearly burnt. Although there was a selection of condiments, they seemed to apply them however they pleased. If we had wanted a fast food experience, we would have just gone to McDonald's.
I ordered five double cheeseburgers and was asked if I wanted everything on them. I confirmed that I did, but when I got home, I found that I only received single cheeseburgers with no extras. How is this even possible? I paid for double cheeseburgers for my family and ended up with less than what I ordered. I have the receipt to prove it. I definitely won’t be returning to this restaurant.
The shift manager was very gracious. I placed my order through the app and initially thought my sandwich was incorrect, but it turned out they had it right. He was very accommodating and added some extra fries and cheese to ensure I was satisfied. My husband and I enjoyed a quick burger and shake meal outside, along with a healthy dose of humility. This visit was on Sunday, November 13, at 7:45 PM.
They're incredibly fast—it's astounding! They could definitely compete with a NASCAR pit crew. Unfortunately, their burgers taste like tires and are so thin that you can almost see through them. They're also cold enough to make an Eskimo feel right at home. On the bright side, the staff is as polite as a Sunday service and always send you off with a warm "Have a blessed day!"
I'm uncertain if we’ll come back to this restaurant; it just doesn’t feel the same anymore. The lack of personal interaction is quite noticeable. You have to place your order at a kiosk, find your own seat, and then wait for your name or number to be called to pick up your food. While I don't mind this setup, I know some people value more personal interaction. They expect tips, but you're essentially handling all aspects of the service yourself, aside from the cooking. In fast food establishments, tipping isn't customary, so why should it be any different here when the overall service experience is so similar? It feels like everything is becoming increasingly automated, leaving little room for genuine human connection.
