I called and the lady was sooooo rude and was like well you don't have to eat it. I also consistently ask... read more I ordered the Sirloin Coconut Shrimp and Aussie Cheese Fries, but unfortunately, the steak was clearly burnt and the shrimp overcooked. I also consistently ask for extra ranch and pay for it, yet it’s often missing from my order. While the extra ranch costs less than a dollar, it’s the principle that matters. I’m quite disappointed as this seems to be an increasing trend of declining quality. If I were dining in, Outback wouldn’t serve me a burnt steak, so why should I accept subpar takeout? The service and quality should be just as good for takeout as they are in the restaurant. On top of that, there’s an extra charge for DoorDash orders. Please improve your service—I’m a regular customer, but that may change if this continues.

The spaghetti and meatballs lacked flavor, and I ended up having to add extra spices from my own cabinet. It's unfortunate, especially for such a great restaurant.

However, if your ride home takes 12 minutes or longer, along with the time needed to settle in, the food can end up cold. Thankfully, the staff welcomed us with smiles and made sure our meal was ready precisely when we needed it.
