They gave us a spicy chicken salad with very hard spicy crumbs. They cooked the tenders fresh for the meal but not the spicy salad.

Management might want to rework there staffpositions based on ability to handle human to human interactions.

Everyone was friendly, which created a more enjoyable atmosphere than typically found in fast food restaurants. Kudos to the entire crew!

We spoke with the manager, who explained that they weren't actual... read more I just wanted to give a shout-out to PDQ in Riverview for their incredible service last night. We spoke with the manager, who explained that they weren't actually scheduled to open that day. However, he realized that many people were without power, so he called in his entire staff to serve hot meals to those in need. Despite the long lines, every single staff member was cheerful and eager to help. Even by 8 PM, when they started to run low on food, they continued to serve customers with those long lines still stretching out. It was truly impressive!

The quality of their chicken is superior, the service is quick, and everything is prepared right in front of you. But then again, if you’re looking for fast food chicken, I’m sure you’re already aware that PDQ is the best option!
