If you haven't had a chance to try PDQ yet, come visit me and I'll take you there! The chicken is exceptionally juicy on the inside with a delightful crunch on the outside. My husband loves the zucchini fries, and the dipping sauces are simply incredible! (I really wish we could buy some to take home, haha). The staff is incredibly friendly too. Thank you, PDQ! We stopped in around 8:55pm. They close at 9pm. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken tender meal. They gave us a spicy chicken salad with very hard spicy crumbs. They cooked the tenders fresh for the meal but not the spicy salad.
Food is good as always. Customer service was lacking. Staff at drive thru need some pointers on Stellar Customer Service. The food was fresh and crispy, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. However, what really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was friendly, which created a more enjoyable atmosphere than typically found in fast food restaurants. Kudos to the entire crew!
I just wanted to give a shout-out to PDQ in Riverview for their incredible service last night. We spoke with the manager, who explained that they weren't actually scheduled to open that day. However, he realized that many people were without power, so he called in his entire staff to serve hot meals to those in need. Despite the long lines, every single staff member was cheerful and eager to help. Even by 8 PM, when they started to run low on food, they continued to serve customers with those long lines still stretching out. It was truly impressive!
If you’re a fan of chicken but prefer to avoid the shady practices of certain other restaurants that are notoriously closed on Sundays, PDQ is the perfect choice. The quality of their chicken is superior, the service is quick, and everything is prepared right in front of you. But then again, if you’re looking for fast food chicken, I’m sure you’re already aware that PDQ is the best option!

The food was fresh and tasty, as always. Customer service was on point and the restaurant was clean. It’s always a chill environment.
We ordered 25 chicken tenders, 3 family-sized fries, and some toast. The tenders were incredibly juicy and tasty, while the fries were served hot and were just right. Our family is completely satisfied and happy with full bellies! Thank you, PDQ!
Placing a mobile order is always the way to go, they have it ready as soon as you walk in! Love the food as always!
I was helped by one of the servers by the name of James at the PDQ store in Riverview on a Sunday night and I’m not sure if James was a manager, but if not, he definitely handled himself as one. He was great at problem-solving. I was trying to use the new kiosk machine and made a couple mistakes and usually at any restaurant they get frustrated when you mess up your order on the kiosk but James was genuinely happy and supportive. He smiled fix my problem with a positive attitude. Thank you James

The staff here is sooo friendly, they never forget a face and they really go above and beyond.
We love our local pdq however it seems like the lids you provide with drinks lately dont fit or come off easily when picking up the drinks.
Great service, friendly employees! I appreciate how they were attentive to the dining room. Cleaning up often. Nice touch with the giant handwashing sink! Loved that soap and great way to show kids how to wash up before eating. Chicken tenders here tasted great, get the garlic dipping sauce!
Incredible service!! We our PDQ!!!! Thank you for teacher appreciation yesterday! My 3 teenagers and myself ate like kings! Feeling loved.
The food is good. As I walked in, I just happened to meet a 'don 't care dam ' employee who I told what I came to pick up, looked at the bag on the counter (which was mine), walked away without a word, and left me waiting until a caring employee came to my aid. To each his own.

Great service, friendly staff! I appreciate how they were attentive in the dining room. Clean often. Nice touch with the huge hand wash basin! Loved this soap and great way to show children how to wash before eating. Chicken tenders here tasted super, get the garlic diving sauce!
We arrived at 8:55 PM, just before they closed at 9:00. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a chicken dish. However, they ended up giving us a spicy chicken salad with very hard, crunchy crumbs. It seems like they prepare the meals fresh, but the spicy salad was not made to the same standard.
I was traveling and came across this restaurant, and I was really impressed! It reminds me of a mix of some of my favorite places, which is fantastic. The drive-thru line moved quickly, the customer service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. I have no complaints at all!
The food was excellent, as always. Unfortunately, the customer service fell short. The staff appeared to need some direction in delivering top-notch service. They were not very friendly and seemed to find even simple inquiries to be a burden. It might be worth it for management to reevaluate staff positions according to their capability to engage with customers effectively.
I really wanted to give this restaurant a fair chance, but after several visits, I've been left disappointed. The food is just average, the overall cleanliness of the establishment needs improvement, and the bathroom was not well-maintained. Given the circumstances after COVID, I think it's reasonable to expect a clean restroom. If you're craving tasty chicken and waffle fries, I’d recommend heading to Chick-fil-A instead. This place just doesn't measure up.
