Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Me and the girlfriend ordered takeout for her the step daughter. Website said it'd be ready for us to pickup at 1 pm.....we showed up at 1:03. She goes in to pick up the order and gets told that we'rewaiting on egg rolls and teriyaki chicken........30 minutes later we get our order. Let me also add that I don't believe thiswas an issue of employee shortage as there was 9 employees. I understand things happening but 30 minutes to wait is a littlelong!!

Ordered food at 12:45. We arrived at 1:00. I left with my food at 1:30. First I was told the egg rolls were cooking. 15 minutes later when I asked how much longer, I was told that they were waiting on the teriyaki chicken to finish. When I was given myfood I checked to make sure I had the correct number of containers. A women named Monica who appeared to be the manager asked ifI wanted to check the containers. I told her no and explained that I ordered my food 45 minutes ago and had been standing therefor 30 minutes waiting for it. She then turned around and walked away with a word. Not sure what the issue was as there nineemployees there.

I've visited this location a couple of times, and each time I order chow mein, I end up with a plate full of cabbage and just a few noodles sprinkled on top. It's honestly becoming ridiculous. I enjoy cabbage, but I didn't order chow mein to be served a whole head of cabbage with just a few noodles. Other Panda Express locations don't prepare it this way, so it's clearly an issue specific to this location.

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. I was asked to park in a takeout spot and ended up waiting for 30 minutes while they served everyone inside before finally bringing out my order, along with the orders of four other people who were also waiting. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order, and it was cold, probably because it had been sitting there for so long.

Avoid using the drive-thru at this restaurant; your order is likely to be incorrect. If you find yourself in this situation, your best option is to ask for a refund instead of requesting a remake. Complacency leads to poor service, and unfortunately, both young and older employees can contribute to an unpleasant experience, especially when you're hungry. I personally witnessed drive-thru staff misunderstand another customer’s order while I was trying to get my refund. So, my advice is to skip the drive-thru altogether. If you’re really craving food and your stomach is growling, it’s better to park and go inside. This way, you can ensure that your order is prepared correctly. After all, you are paying for it, right?
