Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Me and the girlfriend ordered takeout for her the step daughter. Website said it'd be ready for us to pickup at 1 pm.....we showed up at 1:03. She goes in to pick up the order and gets told that we'rewaiting on egg rolls and teriyaki chicken........30 minutes later we get our order. Let me also add that I don't believe thiswas an issue of employee shortage as there was 9 employees. I understand things happening but 30 minutes to wait is a littlelong!!
Ordered food at 12:45. We arrived at 1:00. I left with my food at 1:30. First I was told the egg rolls were cooking. 15 minutes later when I asked how much longer, I was told that they were waiting on the teriyaki chicken to finish. When I was given myfood I checked to make sure I had the correct number of containers. A women named Monica who appeared to be the manager asked ifI wanted to check the containers. I told her no and explained that I ordered my food 45 minutes ago and had been standing therefor 30 minutes waiting for it. She then turned around and walked away with a word. Not sure what the issue was as there nineemployees there.
I've visited this location a couple of times, and each time I order chow mein, I end up with a plate full of cabbage and just a few noodles sprinkled on top. It's honestly becoming ridiculous. I enjoy cabbage, but I didn't order chow mein to be served a whole head of cabbage with just a few noodles. Other Panda Express locations don't prepare it this way, so it's clearly an issue specific to this location.
I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. I was asked to park in a takeout spot and ended up waiting for 30 minutes while they served everyone inside before finally bringing out my order, along with the orders of four other people who were also waiting. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order, and it was cold, probably because it had been sitting there for so long.
Avoid using the drive-thru at this restaurant; your order is likely to be incorrect. If you find yourself in this situation, your best option is to ask for a refund instead of requesting a remake. Complacency leads to poor service, and unfortunately, both young and older employees can contribute to an unpleasant experience, especially when you're hungry. I personally witnessed drive-thru staff misunderstand another customer’s order while I was trying to get my refund. So, my advice is to skip the drive-thru altogether. If you’re really craving food and your stomach is growling, it’s better to park and go inside. This way, you can ensure that your order is prepared correctly. After all, you are paying for it, right?

I had an amazing experience thanks to Joze, Alani, Jade, and Shannon! They worked together so well as a team, and it was great to see. Their service made my visit memorable, and I can't wait to come back and see them again!
Had a wonderful experience here the other day with Ashley as the manager! She served our food quickly and accurately. There happened to be a disgruntled customer that approached her and continued to argue and make negative comments towards her and she handled it extremely well! She remained extremely professional despite the customers attitude and negativity. Upon hearing the concern, Ashley did a great job trying to de escalate the situation while the customer continued their negative behavior. Despite the situation, we received our food with no issue and look forward to coming back soon!

Our family absolutely loves Panda Express. The food here consistently exceeds our expectations. This location is the cleanest one we've ever been to. I used to visit this restaurant regularly 12-14 years ago, and I'm impressed by how well-kept and fresh it still appears. The food is tasty, and the customer service is exceptional. Plus, being close to Target adds to its convenience. What more could you ask for?

I placed my order at 12:45 and arrived at the restaurant by 1:00, but I wasn’t seated for dinner until 1:30. Initially, I was told the egg rolls were being prepared, but when I checked back 15 minutes later, I was informed they were waiting for the teriyaki chicken to finish cooking. When my meal finally arrived, I confirmed the number of dishes. At that point, a woman named Monica, who seemed to be the manager, approached and asked if I wanted to check the containers. I declined and explained that I had placed my order 45 minutes earlier and had been waiting at the table for 30 minutes. Monica then walked away without responding. The whole experience was confusing, especially with nine employees working at the time.
Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. My friend and I placed an order for her stepdaughter, and the website stated it would be ready for pickup at 1 PM. When we arrived at 1:03 PM, she was told to wait for the egg rolls and teriyaki. After waiting for 30 minutes, we finally received our order. Interestingly, there were nine employees working, so I don’t think it was a staffing problem. I understand delays happen, but a 30-minute wait is definitely too long!
I arrived at Panda Express right when they opened on Sunday, April 24, and ordered Chicken Teriyaki for my wife and me at 11 a.m. We were told it would take just a few minutes, but after waiting 15 minutes, I checked on the order and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. We had groceries in the trunk that were warming up, so we asked for a refund. Unfortunately, they couldn’t process it because Monica, the manager, was the only person authorized to handle such tasks. We finally received our food at 11:30, a full 30 minutes after ordering, despite being told it would be quick. When I spoke with the staff about the delay, they ignored the issue and went back to work. The store kept my receipt, so I have no proof of purchase. This was a terrible experience, and I won’t be returning. Monica seriously needs to train her staff on how to handle refunds properly.
Our family loves Panda Express. The menu always delivers consistently delicious food. This is the cleanest restaurant we've ever visited. I came here about 12-14 years ago, and I'm amazed that the quality and appearance of the place still look as fresh as the day it opened. Excellent food and outstanding customer service make every visit a pleasure. Plus, its convenient location next to a popular destination is a big bonus. What more could you ask for?
