Last time we arrived at 10pm and the lobby... read more The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. They close their lobby well before the time posted on the door. Last time we arrived at 10pm and the lobby was already closed, even though the door stated it closes at 11pm. Tonight, at 10:30pm, the lobby is once again closed. Door dashers are forced to wait in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes for their orders, even though they are visible on the counter. This delay is impacting people's earnings. It would be better if they had a plan in place to have a designated runner for dash orders to prevent congestion in the parking lot and wasted time.

I had to wait almost an hour, to get my order. 45min into my wait, I tried to get a refund and ways told they weren't giving refunds today. I asked to speak with the manager, but she nevercome up front. Someone finally brought the order out to our table almost an hour from the time I placed it. I gave then onestar, only because no stars wasn't an option. This place is very Unorganized and customer service is the last thing on theirmenu.

A group happened to be walking out of their shift just now and when I nicely asked if they are open one girl got all ghetto, emotional and unprofessional. There is no way I'd get food from this place now that I know this girl is there.

The food is always a mess, as if it... read more I really dislike visiting this McDonald's, and unfortunately, I find myself going back repeatedly due to family commitments. The food is always a mess, as if it was hastily thrown together by a child from across the room. The fries taste like they’ve been sitting around since the previous day and were only warmed up a bit. I've spent so much money on items I never received that I could have used it for Christmas shopping. Just now, I was given three bags of food that weren’t even mine, and after I returned them, the staff aimlessly roamed the parking lot trying to find the actual owner. It’s quite frustrating. All this happened in the 40 minutes I've been waiting for my order, 15 of which I spent writing this review. I get that fast food has its own standards, but this shows a complete disregard for quality and service.

I ordered a 4... read more They never get it right; they always forget something in our order. The Happy Meal only came with the nuggets, and they left out the double fries. I ordered a 40-piece nugget bundle, but they forgot to include the BBQ and sweet and sour sauces. I only stopped there because I was in a hurry, but I should have known better. From now on, I’ll drive the extra 5 miles to the other McDonald’s.
