I ordered 3 Carmel Sandae's, 1 ice creme cone and a Oreo mcflurry. I had to wait almost an hour, to get my order. 45min into my wait, I tried to get a refund and ways told they weren't giving refunds today. I asked to speak with the manager, but she nevercome up front. Someone finally brought the order out to our table almost an hour from the time I placed it. I gave then onestar, only because no stars wasn't an option. This place is very Unorganized and customer service is the last thing on theirmenu.
The service was slow and they didn't get my order right. Usually they are not too bad even when busy, so today must have been an off day. I'll give it an 8 out of 10.
