It was a complete letdown and embarrassing to present at such a special celebration. The writing was smudged and the Halloween designs looked like they were drawn by a toddler. Regrettably, I had no time to go anywhere else for a replacement. I can't believe that anyone thought this cake was acceptable, especially a manager who allowed it to be sold. When I preordered the cake, I was assured by the manager that their cake specialist would be making it on time. If this is the quality of work from a specialist, I am in total shock. Thank you for making this occasion such a disappointment. This is, without a doubt, the worst cake I've ever purchased.

The staff is always respectful and treats delivery customers with the same importance as those dining in. The management is clearly on top of things, which is unfortunately a rarity these days. Keep up the great work!

It used to be one of our favorite places to eat and get ice cream but the food quality has diminished and even the ice cream is sloppily put together with small amounts of ice cream andinsignificant toppings. My last sundae didn 't have enough topping to even taste it. The staff are not friendly anymore and themanager had a don 't care attitude. Such a shame how a really good and fun place to go can be run into the ground by managementthat doesn 't care and creates a toxic culture for the staff! ????
