All menu... read more This restaurant is a lovely spot for a variety of dining options, including lunch, sandwiches, and set menus, as well as a la carte and daily specials. All menu items can be prepared gluten-free upon request. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I plan to try it for dinner next time. However, the website is limited and only displays the current date's menu, not all available options. Some potential customers may be discouraged by only seeing the a la carte menu online.

We were lucky to find a table available as the online booking system was not connected to their paper diary. We opted for the three-course meal and found the sellerie and black stick blue soup to be very tasty, although there was only one serving. Unfortunately, the service from the coworker who brought the dish seemed disinterested. The bratbeef was cooked well, and the sticky toffee pudding was heavenly, but the apple crumb was lacking in flavor.

The dinner was delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was fantastically comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place.
