Red Rabbit Grill - Rexburg
Red Rabbit Grill
Description
Red Rabbit pairs modern, café-style decor with craveable comfort fare — standout bacon cheeseburgers, carne asada fries (try the waffle fries), cheese curds and fried pickles — all served by friendly, attentive staff. It’s very kid- and accessibility-friendly with high chairs, kids’ meals and a ramp. Expect generally quick service, but occasional understaffing can cause waits; some guests note inconsistent patty size/cooking and a poorly maintained women’s restroom. Located in a Rexburg strip mall with shared parking, it’s a welcome, flavorful addition to the local scene.

The burger I had definitely fits in my top 10. It was good. My only suggestion is one for the owner/manager: you need to get your staffing figured out. It wasn’t even a weekend day and the place was mildly busy but there were only two waiting staff. This meant LOTS of empty tables and a long wait. We waited about 35 minutes when there were only a few people in line ahead of us. This is a college town, I know there are plenty of people that are looking for part-time work. The staff working that night were great, you could tell they were running around ragged. They did the best they could under the circumstances and were very apologetic. I’m not going to ding them at all. The reason we waited is because we heard this place had great food (and it was great), but I’d only go back if I know I had time to spare.
Red Rabbit perfectly fits the modern aesthetic with its dark wood decor and well-lit, café-style atmosphere. Unlike many similar places, the quality of the food and service truly matches the inviting ambiance. The menu offers a variety of enjoyable and flavorful options, which stand out for Rexburg's dining scene. Be sure to check out the attached menu for a list of available items and current prices. I highly recommend any of the wraps! Our waitress, Riley (I think that was her name), was exceptionally polite and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. Overall, the service was outstanding!
Amazing. Great experience all around. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was excellent, and our server Ashley was amazing. We had the Honey Crisp Chicken, and the Baja Smash burger with the bison upgrade. The ciabatta bun held up well to both and was soft enough to easily enjoy for most. Excellent find that we look forward to trying again soon!Kid-friendliness: Great kid options, fettuccine Alfredo, Mac and cheese, mini corn dog, or chicken strips and all come with a kids drink and I believe all but the fettuccine came with fries
I got the Bacon Cheeseburger and oh my heaven it was the literal best burger ive had n in my life, they buttered the top of the bun and all of ingredients were so fresh, of course it being in Idaho the fries were spectacularFood: 5/5
