The only response she had was ‘damn’.Then left to get rags to clean up the floor and table, but nothing for the friend, no apology.When we asked if we could get compensated with a free appetizer or something, she just scoffed and said “no, then that would be on me”.News flash sis, it was on you when you dumped about 25 gallons of water on my friendNext, a lot of the food we got was cold. But not as cold as my friend, so lucky us.After that, when we got the bill, we noticed there was an extra waffle fry charged to us. When we brought it up, she just argued with us that there was absolutely no way that she got it wrong and that we were wrong.So yeah hate to be a Karen, but dang dude. Strait up sucks.

But she quickly had that fixed... read more I had forgotten why I don’t go to Applebee’s. Now I remember. Our server was nice although she did get one item incorrectly made. But she quickly had that fixed.This was a family affair, and so I’ll let you know how everyone felt. My teen boys thought the burger was greasy. They did like the fries. The Oreo shake did not taste very much like Oreos.I had the chicken quesadilla salad. It was very salty and had way too much dressing on it. My husband had the Mexican shrimp bowl. He liked it.Overall, I have to remember not to come here again.
