I could have forgiven that since it... read more I got the cowboy platter and paid an extra dollar for ribs only for there to be three of them, the size of my pinky finger. I could have forgiven that since it was the end of the day but they were really burned. If you have itsy bitsy ribs that are burned, it’d be more honest to just say you’re completely out instead of serving them. The rest of the food was good though.

What I love about Blisters is the sheer simplicity of being able to walk in, sit down, and get super good BBQ fast with extra sauce and hands readily at hand. even inside a gas station, it's got a very cool, chill vibe. top notch food and service.

You barely need to use any ene... read more Probably my #1 favorite place to get BBQ food in Rexburg. They’re in a Mobil gas station. I love the ribs; they are so so tender. You barely need to use any energy to tear the meat off of the bones. The flavors are great too. I always get Cowgirl, which is meat plate of 2 meats and 1 side. The other meat I would get pulled pork. It’s really tender as well. They’re best eaten with the BBQ sauce. I love the BBQ sauce I wish they sell it in bottles. The side choices are fries, coleslaw, and drink. I am not a fan of their coleslaw. The fries I got today was not that crispy, but I love the fries sauce!!
