We ordered a Bacon Swiss Meal and a Turkey Swiss Meal, and both sandwiches, along with the fries, were freshly prepared and incredibly tasty! We particularly loved the sauces! The management team was also very friendly!
I saw an employee at the restaurant lick his washcloth and then use it to clean the tables. Naturally, I lost my appetite and ended up discarding the rest of my meal. I reported what I witnessed to the manager, who apologized and promised to make some changes. He also mentioned that he would send me a gift card as compensation, but I never received it. I won't be going back.
Arby's offers tasty food, making it a solid choice for an occasional meal. However, the customer service could use some improvement. While I'm sure some staff members are great, my experiences have involved employees who were rather rude and seemed to lack basic courtesy. If they could just be a little friendlier, I would definitely consider returning more frequently.
I ordered a meal with five chicken tenders. To their credit, they did include an extra piece, perhaps to compensate for the smaller portions. For size reference, my picture shows Bobby pins in the upper left corner. The large piece in the middle was fantastic and juicy, but the other tenders were old and chewy, with more breading than actual chicken. It seems like Arby’s doesn’t have the meat anymore.
Updated Review: I’ve visited Arby’s twice since my last review, and I’m very satisfied with the customer service. On one occasion, I came in for a catering order but forgot to confirm it with the manager, so it wasn’t ready. That was entirely my mistake, but the staff was incredibly kind and managed to prepare the order for 27 people in just 10 minutes—amazing! I went again this past weekend and overheard a customer expressing his dissatisfaction to one of the employees. I was surprised and impressed by how Camryn, the staff member, handled the situation. I will definitely return soon. However, when I walked in, no one was at the cash register, so we had to wait to place our order. After asking another employee for assistance, he called someone over. There were about three groups already eating, so I’m not sure why the cashier was absent. When the cashier finally helped us, she seemed a bit annoyed. Despite the service hiccup, the food was really good! Everything was served warm and as ordered. One thing to note is that they don’t offer the typical Cherry Citrus soda, which might be important to some customers.
