What LakeTahoeGem doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Well, this is a first. Usually the chicken nachos are nice fresh chicken like they just cut up the chicken from the grill and put it on the nachos. But today it was like three day old chicken , overcooked and they had some other kind of weird spice on it. It was not fresh at all. And I don’t have time to go back. I am so disappointed in this. Drive-Thru is absolutely packed and backed up in the middle of the lunch hour. I parked and ran into interact personally and use the restroom. Unfortunately, the keto burrito is gone ? but the bowls are very good.I wasn't greeted right away and I understand that they were busy, but it took a little bit to get the order out.
