El Pollo Loco - Reno

Drive-Thru is absolutely packed and backed up in the middle of the lunch hour. I parked and ran into interact personally and use the restroom. Unfortunately, the keto burrito is gone ? but the bowls are very good.I wasn't greeted right away and I understand that they were busy, but it took a little bit to get the order out. While I waited, and noticed that the restrooms were very clean and well stocked.Food was great. When I arrived at my location, the chicken was hot on top of the salad which was fresh. Great for a quick bite on the go.

Love there double chicken quesadilla. Always fresh and hot.

Tried the chicken avocado tacos ? today. They have a nice texture and great taste. Much better tacos than Taco Smell or Jimboy's.I had the idea that Pollo Loco just sold chopped charred chicken. I think I need to go there more often!

Well, this is a first. Usually the chicken nachos are nice fresh chicken like they just cut up the chicken from the grill and put it on the nachos. But today it was like three day old chicken , overcooked and they had some other kind of weird spice on it. It was not fresh at all. And I don’t have time to go back. I am so disappointed in this. Never had a problem at the Sparks location.
