Description

This restaurant has received a range of feedback following its recent reopening. While many customers enjoy the healthy and delicious offerings, including bab bowls and tofu soup, others have expressed disappointment with portion sizes and value for money. Notable changes to the menu, such as the removal of popular dishes like glass noodles, have left some eager patrons feeling dissatisfied. Service experiences vary, with some praising the attentive staff, while others recounted less favorable encounters. Overall, this vibrant eatery has potential but must address consistency in quality and customer experience to maintain its loyal fanbase.

This was our back to every week and the classic meals were perfection! what happened after the reopening? we loved the glass noodles and rührei, now they are gone. the overall taste is not so good, portion sizes are smaller, reis is different and purple, and the compostable packaging is now plastic. we are really sad now.

I really want to like this place but I dont want to give it another shot after my recent experience. I went on there re-opening' day to try the new menu and I got a classic bowl. I paid extra so I could have beef and pork. I paid 3.50$ extra for the beef and 3.00$ extra for the pork and the serving was abysmal. I saw other people who only ordered one meat(not double meat) and received way more then I did, so maybe this was just a mistake on their part. The final blow was that I paid 2$ extra for an add on of crab. They gave me maybe 1 tablespoon of crab and this is imitation crab, any other place would give you a whole scoop. Overall I just feel like I got ripped off by all the extra things I paid for. The base bowl was good but I paid 8.50$ extra for toppings and got maybe 1$ worth of toppings in my food. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was their re-opening' day but overall I just left dissapointed. On a final note , I ordered as dine in and they gave us our order as a takeout even though I saw multiple people inside eating with dine in trays, bowls and utensils.

The food was not bad. I got the classic with spicy pork and a drink. However I'll tell you what is bad the price. Keep in mind all you can eat sushi only 22 bucks.

Good food, bad hours. Came in at 730 pm and was told we would have to get our food to go. Their posted hours said they closed at 8 pm. New trend in Reno restaurants, I guess the food delivery is profitable enough to not have to deal with people who want to go out to eat. Won't go back. Responce: We did not order online, we came in to eat. You disrespected us by wasting our time driving to your business. Change your hours to your actual times. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
