View 202 offers stunning river views that make up for confused food combinations and lackluster dishes. Despite issues with food quality and service during Sunday brunch, the staff was polite and accommodating. However, the attentive service and delicious food during a late dinner outside on the patio saved the dining experience. The complimentary birthday dessert was a highlight, but some dishes like the broccoli rabe fell short. Despite the high prices, the beautiful view, excellent service, and tasty dishes make View 202 a worthwhile dining destination for a special occasion or casual meal.
Terrible place wouldn’t recommend. Took them 40 minutes to bring out my steak and it was overcooked. They made me a new one and overcooked it again. I ended up paying for my wine and walking out of there. Service was horrible
Excellent server and staff! Wonderful ambiance and setting made for a special evening. Food presentation excellent! So glad we have this in Redding, a true gem in the community!
The miso scallops were delicious very nice hotel service was great
The food was great and service was sparkling! The ONLY thing I can say was the restrooms needed attention but that was a small dent in a lovely evening!
Overall it was a good experience view was great, food was good, service was poor
