You will be standing there forever before someone will take ur order at a register. I guess they expect or want ppl to be forced to use their kioskmachines to place ur order? Customer service is DEAD! Thanks to the electronic upgrades...pitiful.

Went to the drive thru before 10:00 pm, and there was a paper sign taped to the ordering speaker that had closed early written by hand. The least you can do is update your hours on Google, as this isdefinitely not the first time this has happened.

I didn 't end upgetting food from there as a result. They need to get their act together, hire more and more competent employees, this isridiculous.

I knew what it wanted?Itwas all I thought about all day..enjoying a TB Original Mexican Pizza! My mouth watered as I ordered it at the drive thru. Itwas gonna be an epic end to a hungry day! They are all just standing around talking about who has a boyfriend whil... read more There?s 5-6 teenagers in here doing nothing as the manager try?s to catch up on orders. They are all just standing around talking about who has a boyfriend while the one manager tries to make the orders. Every single kid in here should be fired. Ifyou aren?t going to work while at work don?t show up. The drive thru line is out of the parking lot and they still have notfinished one order in the 15 minutes I was waiting with ?4 orders ahead of me?. Any other location would never be thatunprofessional and unproductive. I drive for doordash and this is the slowest and most inaccurate location there is in Redding.
