I really enjoy this pizza! The fresh toppings are fantastic, and the staff is consistently friendly. I've never been let down by the quality and flavor of the food here. It's definitely an excellent pizza place, and I’ve heard they now offer delivery through DoorDash too.
I wouldn't give this restaurant any stars if I could, but unfortunately, I have to rate it. We decided to give it another shot since we were really hungry and in the mood for pizza. However, our experience was disappointing. We started with a salad and sodas but ended up waiting a long time for our pizza. Meanwhile, we noticed other customers receiving their pizzas before us, which became frustrating. When we asked about the delay, we learned that those customers had called in their orders ahead of time—a detail we weren't aware of. It seemed our pizza either hadn’t been started or a mistake had been made. In the end, we received a refund for our pizza, but not for the salad and sodas. We chose to eat somewhere else instead. We hope the restaurant will improve its communication with customers and resolve issues more efficiently in the future. We might consider giving it another try someday, but for now, we left feeling disappointed.
Very good pizza. My wife and I agree they have the best pizza in Redding. Nice relaxing atmosphere in restaurant with televisions to watch the big game. They have several separate rooms for special parties. We have had several parties there and have always been treated well. Everyone should check it out.
Love the atmosphere of this pizza joint. Customer service is great! I love that there is an arcade room for my kids but it could use some improving. All in all though its a fun and enjoyable restaurant.
