He paid meticulous attention to detail and truly cared about our satisfaction. We'll definitely be returning!

Although this Subway advertises that it is open until 9 PM, the manager on duty, Danel, decided to close the restaurant at 8:30 PM, possibly even earlier, turni... read more Although this Subway advertises that it is open until 9 PM, the manager on duty, Danel, decided to close the restaurant at 8:30 PM, possibly even earlier, turning away hungry customers without serving them. I could understand if it were 8:50 or even 8:45, but closing that early is unreasonable. The posted hours exist for a reason, and Subway is a fast-food establishment, not a sit-down restaurant where staff need to wait for customers to finish their meals or clean up after them. Does a drive-thru let cars that are already in line know that they are closed for inventory 30 minutes before closing time, with no posted notice? Is mall management aware that you chose to stop operating your business 30 minutes before the hours listed in your lease agreement? Does your district manager know you turned away a sale at 8:30, with all the food already put away for the night—a process that takes at least 10 minutes? When did she actually start refusing to serve customers? I am a very dissatisfied customer who was really looking forward to enjoying a rotisserie chicken sandwich on the delicious new ciabatta bread. After working 13 hours today and thinking about that sandwich for the last 4, it was incredibly disappointing to be turned away by an unsympathetic manager. She should be reassigned to making sandwiches if she can’t make more strategic business decisions.

Luckily, I was able to break it at Cinnabon nearby and treated myself to a milkshake I didn’t really need, but it was worth it! The place seemed cleaner than most Subways I’ve visited, and the sandwich was delicious!
