Taco Bell - Raytown

Drive thru kid acted like I was inconveniencing her by ordering. Could nor listen to take my order right was rude when I got to the window wouldn't give me the time to speak kept closing the window when I tried to talk would give me receipt I may never come back to this taco bell because of her.

Young woman at drive thru was short almost to the point of rude with me. Kept closing the window in my face when I said anything. Ignored me when I asked for the receipt for the order I had finally gotten to pay for. Didn't not want to even let me get it had to ask twice when it should have been handed to me once I got to pay for my 3 dollar order. Had I treated a customer like that when I worked at taco bell I'd have been in the managers office even before the customer I'd treated that way was gone. Not only that but I had to repeat myself 4 times for her to even figure out I asked for 2 of the same item and not 1 of a different item. I will not be coming back to this tacobell just before dinner probably for ever. I only make it out to this part of town about 3 times a year. Coming in at 4pm don't go to this taco bell. Wait till after dinner or go before 11 am otherwise I pray you don't get treated like I did.

Food was good, but I had concerns about the prep area and how it was being maintained. Also, service at the counter was a little slow. They expect everyone to use the kiosk. Older folks like to order at the counter.

All I wanted was a nachobell grande no beans it had to be made 3 different times in a 30 min wait period. But I will say that the team lead or manager on shift was trying so hard to bust out orders that her employees were messing up on.

Ordered 2 hard shell taco Supremes 1 cheezy bean rice burrito 1 med. Pepsi that's it's total 11 something rounded up for college donation 12.00 I paid for 1 taco supreme and 1 burrito Pepsi had a funny taste so tried to call no answer went to website messed upkept freezing up called 800 number hung up after on hold for 10 minutes. Come on taco bell do better it's not that hard is it ?
