Was Larry Klein at Arby's a mag?
I really enjoy the sandwiches; however, like many meat products these days, the prices are rising. It seems the sandwiches are getting smaller as well. That said, Arby's sandwiches are much better than those at Lion’s Choice, and the service at this location is superior to the one on Noland Road. If you're looking for a change from typical fast food, I recommend giving them a try. View all feedback.

Be careful when ordering from DoorDash. I recently ordered a classic roast beef sandwich, and an hour after opening it, I was shocked by how unappetizing it looked—it appeared to be old, moldy meat. I’ve shared a photo to show exactly what I received. I won’t be ordering from here again. Unfortunately, this location often appears to be understaffed. During my recent visit, I had to use the drive-thru since the lobby was closed. They seemed to have only one cashier and one cook on shift. The cashier was working incredibly hard and definitely deserved a tip for her effort. I overheard her asking customers several times to stop yelling into the speaker, which was unwarranted behavior from some patrons. A few cars even decided to leave due to the wait. This staffing issue falls on Arby's management, and it's unfair to take frustrations out on the employees who are present. On a positive note, for a place that doesn't typically serve fish, their fish tenders were surprisingly good!

The young lady who took my order was very friendly and smiled—a rarity these days. Unfortunately, the fries were lukewarm and not fresh. The sandwich was disappointing, with less meat than I remember. Because of cancer, I don’t eat out often, and Arby's used to be my favorite spot. I’ll give it another try and ask for hot fries to see if that improves things.

Monica was the kindest, most helpful, and friendliest employee we encountered on our 1,700-mile road trip. She made the experience so positive that we couldn’t help but smile and appreciate how much a bright spirit can brighten your day. Definitely a 10/10 experience.
