Was Ramona Baumbach at Wendy's a mag?
Friendly service. The burger was made fresh and the frits were really good. On the negative side, the cat dispensers were empty and the area around them was dirty. Another 4th value: View all feedback.

Rude employees and rude customers. Waited for over 10 minutes in the drive thru today for my order to get taken. Impatient driver behind me sped past and skip to the window so they ordered ahead of me. When I finally got someone to take my order tried to explain the situation to a so called “manager” and was met with “oh well i just got here so I don’t know anything about that” wow thanks for the help worst customer... Somehow this place makes the DMV across the street feel like a 5 star hotel. The bar for fast food chains is already very low in Raytown but Wendy's might

I live out of town, but whenever my family and I visit Kansas City, we always stop by the Wendy's on 63rd Street. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh! On my most recent visit, my order was incorrect, so I brought it to the front. The young man there took responsibility for the mistake and quickly remade my sandwich. I will definitely continue to visit this place whenever I'm in town for the weekend! Keep up the great work!
My fish sandwich is over cooked and dried out .
