D... read more **Restaurant Review Update (March 12, 2024)** I've usually never had issues with breakfast here, although I've noticed the fries can be undercooked at times. Dinner service, on the other hand, is typically slow, but today was unexpectedly quick. They had quite a few staff members on hand for the dinner rush tonight. However, don’t count on this pace for next week. The drive-thru is consistently slow, and it really depends on who you encounter—some employees can be quite rude. Today, I decided to go inside instead. As expected, the service took forever. When I finally placed my order, there was a misunderstanding with the kids taking my order, so I asked them to repeat it back to me. Only one thing was incorrect, which was manageable. However, while waiting, I noticed someone who was supposed to be prepping food at the drive-thru window leisurely enjoying their meal. This seemed unprofessional, and to make matters worse, they started working again without changing their gloves or washing their hands. Given this experience, I’m unlikely to return. While many fast food places in Raytown are typically dirty, surprisingly, this location was relatively clean—though I didn’t check the restroom.

O... read more I live out of town, but whenever my family and I visit Kansas City, we always stop by the Wendy's on 63rd Street. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh! On my most recent visit, my order was incorrect, so I brought it to the front. The young man there took responsibility for the mistake and quickly remade my sandwich. I will definitely continue to visit this place whenever I'm in town for the weekend! Keep up the great work!
