The sandwich was disapp... read more The young lady who took my order was very friendly and smiled—a rarity these days. Unfortunately, the fries were lukewarm and not fresh. The sandwich was disappointing, with less meat than I remember. Because of cancer, I don’t eat out often, and Arby's used to be my favorite spot. I’ll give it another try and ask for hot fries to see if that improves things.

I recently ordered a classic roast beef sandwich, and an hour after opening it, I was shocked by how unappetizing it looked—it appeared to be old, moldy meat. I’ve shared a photo to show exactly what I received. I won’t be ordering from here again. Update: The cookie was stale as well, which makes me suspect they might be selling leftover food from the day before. It’s really disappointing because I’m sure when they make food for themselves or friends, it’s fresh and well-prepared. Every customer deserves the same quality every time. I’m sharing this because I’m genuinely disgusted.
