Bake Bar - Randwick

Busy cafe adjoining an organic bakery. Efficient ordering service with the girl walking down the queue taking orders from people lining up at the counter. Coffee is their own blend.

Coffee shop and bake bar in Randwick, they are always busy with parents, kids, cyclists..basically everyone on their way to work or school. They do breakfasts like brekkie rolls, eggs including shakahuka, sandwiches and soups. They do make from scratch but also heaps of ready made food to go like homemade muesli and quiche. It's also a bake bar selling a huge variety of artisan organic breads, scones, pastries and muffins. I got the apple crumble muffin which was fresh and tasty with an espresso for an afternoon pick me up. Worth a visit if you're passing by. Quick service and polite staff. I regularly visit Gusto for a morning coffee and pastry fix. While the pastries are consistently delicious (in particular, the sweet cheese pocket and berry scone hit the spot!), the coffee could improve... I order a long black so there's no masking the blah-ness. Staff are always pleasant which is definitely a reason for returning.

What a lovely morning I got to experience at this fantastic cafe. Having been seated straight away with the most welcoming greeting and then been treated to the best food, I absolutely loved everything about Bake Bar. The Baked Goods were fresh, tasty and there was a massive selection to choose from. The coffee was excellent and I also highly recommend the iced beverages, so refreshing !! I had the smashed pumpkin with poached eggs, it was quite unique and the flavours worked well together. The cakes were sensational, not too rich but enough to hit your sweet spot ????. If you having an afternoon tea at home this would be the place to stock up with your treats, so amazing!! All in all a tasteful experience ❤️

A healthy salad that I actually enjoyed. The quinoa and feta were a great pair. They also make wonderful iced chai lattes here - I stop in every time I'm in the neighborhood to grab one. Insta: @voraciousventures
