I have visited this restaurant multiple times and it always provides a quick and convenient pick-me-up. I live nearby, so I frequent this establishment often. O... read more I have visited this restaurant multiple times and it always provides a quick and convenient pick-me-up. I live nearby, so I frequent this establishment often. On one occasion, a staff member suggested that I use the self-service kiosks to place my order, even though there were no other customers in the store. Without much thought, I utilized the kiosk for my orders. After several visits of casually ordering drinks through the kiosk, I recently noticed that the toppings were priced at 75 cents instead of the 83 cents listed on the kiosk. Out of curiosity, I inquired about this discrepancy. Despite the employees being unable to assist me, one employee went to speak to the manager. When she returned, she apologized and conveyed that "the manager mentioned that you should have compared the prices on our menu and the kiosk before ordering." I found this response to be absurd and was surprised by such a statement from a manager. Additionally, I discovered that if I had adhered to the menu, toppings and add-ons were only 50 cents, but I chose not to point this out to them. It was frustrating to continuously hear "there's nothing we can do" in response to the situation. I am not bothered by a difference of 25 or 13 cents; however, I am disappointed by the unprofessional attitude and inability to address the issue, along with the lack of transparency regarding the price increase for customers during busy times.
