Description

Yardies offers a complex dining experience characterized by both remarkable service and inconsistent food quality. Many patrons have praised the staff's friendliness and responsiveness, particularly during recent visits where service improved significantly. However, the culinary offerings have proven to be hit or miss. Dishes such as the jerk pork and chicken received mixed reviews, with some diners experiencing dissatisfaction due to bland flavors or potential food safety concerns. While the restaurant has its loyal supporters, recent reports highlight the need for improved consistency in food preparation. Overall, Yardies stands out for its excellent customer service amidst culinary challenges.

Love this place. The large jerk chicken always satisfies. Portions are good for the price. No long ridiculous wait.

The ox tail was amazing. My 30 month old daughter had the chicken and it was delicious, she did not want to share with me!

This restaurant is a mixed bag. The soup was so bad, I ended up throwing it in the garbage. It had bland chicken, only 3 dumplings, and a sour taste. The jerk chicken wasn't spicy at all, just seasoned. The BBQ sauce was also hit or miss. The oxtail options were better, but everything else was disappointing. The staff was friendly, but the overall quality has been poor lately.

This restaurant can be quite inconsistent. I even posted a picture of my soup in the trash because it tasted awful. There were only three dumplings in a large bowl, the chicken was flavorless, and the soup was sour. The jerk chicken lacked spice and was just seasoned chicken. The BBQ sauce varied in quality each time. The oxtail dishes are an improvement, but the rest of the menu leaves much to be desired. While the staff is friendly, the overall quality has been lacking recently.

The Oxtail with Mac and Cheese at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, but I suggest opting for the small size instead of the large. The pickup area is to the left; it might be a bit slow, but the wait is definitely worthwhile. Be sure to have your order information and your name ready when you arrive. The soup is fantastic as well, although it's not always on the menu. As for the Jerk chicken, it’s not very spicy, which is why I usually skip it.
