I thought I didn't have it like that when I told myself I didn't have it as fast as possible.

It’s now 10:57 and I... read more Prepare for a long wait even if you order online. I ordered my food at 10:15 and got the email saying it would be ready in “13 18” minutes. It’s now 10:57 and I’m still here waiting for my food as I write this. Thank God I wasn’t waiting to order because no one came to the counter unless it was to give an Uber eats or grubhub order. The staff is friendly but there has to be a better way.

They han... read more So I was a regular customer here and it was pretty good when it opened up and even really tasty! But the last 3 months have been a huge disappointment. They hand cut their fries basically the size of the potato and are undercooked every time. Even if youorder it with extra cook time it?s still undercooked! This is the last time I?m getting sick because of undercooked potatoes.And the chicken is just ok it?s cooked but it?s nothing special compared to other wing stops that taste 10x better. It is clearthat the manager of this location has lost all care in their store.

And the two employees obviously care little for there job. No urgency and my order took 40mins to complete. I ordered 10fricken wings with fries that?s it. There wings were okay but definitely not good for a wing specialist. I don?t even blame the2 employees for this terrible location. Where the heck is management. No standards. Open kitchen is clearly not clean. Would notbe surprised if this place goes out of business soon. Order from your local bar instead. Or even your local deli/bodega.
