I ordered a 15-piece meal that was supposed to come with 2 drinks. When DoorDash delivered my food, the drinks were missing. The delivery person told me that Wingstop said the drinks didn't come with the meal, but it was clearly stated on the receipt. I tried calling the store 7 times, but no one answered, even though they were supposed to be open until 12 am. The next day, I called at 11 am and 12 pm, but still couldn't reach anyone. I even left a compliment on the survey and Wingstop's website, but no one has reached out to me in the 6 days since. Apparently, this is considered exceptional customer service to them. I would advise you to think twice before ordering from the Atlantic Avenue location. And to top it off, the food was not cooked properly. Just a heads up!
I ordered a boneless wings meal with fries and two drinks, but when I arrived to pick it up, the chicken was dry and tasted terrible. My fries and drinks were missing, and the only person working there seemed overwhelmed. There was also no sauce provided. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
I would not recommend this restaurant. The employees seem careless and unsanitary, with little regard for cleanliness and hygiene. The chicken wings were overly seasoned and crunchy, lacking in taste. It's best to avoid this place and support a different establishment. The staff don't wear gloves and handle their phones without washing their hands before touching food materials. For a better experience, I suggest going to the Wingstop in Astoria, where the quality is superior, the environment is clean, and the staff are friendly.
I have been wanting to order from this wingstop since they opened. This location is near me so I decided to try it out. I ordered loaded fries however, they gave me regular fries. I didnt make a big deal because my recipe reflected an order ofregular fries. The kicker was there was hair stuck to my food.
Horrible, I would not be ordering from here again. They had no idea my order and I ordered for pick up so when I got there they were asking me to tell them my order so the order took longer than the wait time which is sometimes okay but they need attitudechecks, when I finally got my food they had no idea the kind of drinks I ordered. The French fries were soggy even though Iasked for well done! The chicken barely had sauce on it. I would just not ever do it again that?s all.
