The staff is rude and treats customers poorly, throwing food at them and having someone pretend to be the manager when requested. They even laugh when the actual manager leaves. There were people loitering out front without masks. I will never return to this location again. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. This place is a disgrace.

One of the staff members who called out order numbers was quite rude to a customer, and it happened to be her who frequently called the wrong numbers. It was disappointing to witness. I urge the management to train their employees to be more considerate of people's feelings. We all have challenging days, but it doesn’t take much to brighten someone's mood, unlike the employee who took my order in a respectful and kind manner.
