Wendy's - Queens
Wendy's
Description
Wendy's on Jamaica Avenue faces major customer service and operational challenges. Reports highlight rude staff behavior, order errors, and poor hygiene, including soggy packaging and improperly prepared food. The location lacks conveniences like Apple Pay and self-service kiosks available elsewhere, frustrating patrons. Despite Wendy’s generally praised menu of burgers and fries, this spot falls short with inconsistent food quality and unwelcoming atmosphere. Many customers feel disappointed, noting the emptiness of the restaurant reflects widespread dissatisfaction. For fast food options in the area, there are better alternatives offering smoother service and cleaner environments.

We not only found an open and partially consumed milk container meant for children, but while my little one was eating, we also saw a mouse drop. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
The customer service at this restaurant could use significant improvement. One of the staff members who called out order numbers was quite rude to a customer, and it happened to be her who frequently called the wrong numbers. It was disappointing to witness. I urge the management to train their employees to be more considerate of people's feelings. We all have challenging days, but it doesn’t take much to brighten someone's mood, unlike the employee who took my order in a respectful and kind manner.
This is undoubtedly the worst Wendy's or fast food restaurant I've ever encountered. The staff is rude and treats customers poorly, throwing food at them and having someone pretend to be the manager when requested. They even laugh when the actual manager leaves. There were people loitering out front without masks. I will never return to this location again. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. This place is a disgrace.
That was a big Wendy had some nice staff there, although some were so great, but all managers were good. Food was fine and lemonade taste great
