I was able to get my order delivered eventually, but the meal wasn’t prepared the way I requested, and takeout isn’t even an option. They are also not very responsive on the phone, which can lead to wasted money due to incorrect orders. If they happen to order a sandwich, they should double-check the meat, as it can sometimes be undercooked. Due to the issues with the app, I’ve had to order from other restaurants instead. Also, I noticed that the doors are not accessible for automatic wheelchairs, which is an important consideration.

I just waited 20 minutes for four fries in the business area, and the guy at the front kept saying the order was a big one, gesturing with his hands as if it were a huge task. This is by far the worst service I've experienced in any fast food place. I saw at least a dozen employees running around filling orders and picking up, but nothing improved the situation. It is what it is; I should have tried the drive-thru instead.
