What User doesn't like about Tea Shop 168 Bakery:
This restaurant has really declined over the past two years. It used to be good, but it seems like the owners have given up and left the operation entirely to the staff. The women working there never answer the phones, even when it's not busy, and they can't manage to handle takeout orders properly. When customers are waiting in line, the staff often ignore them.
