The food was... read more This is a belated review, but hopefully not much has changed since my visit in April. I had a great experience at this hidden gem of a restaurant. The food was high quality and the service was excellent. The only downside is that when a train passes by, it can be difficult to hold a conversation. The shrimp cocktail was a unique dish that I had never tried before, slightly on the sweeter side. I would have preferred it to be spicier, but they do offer hot sauce. The service was friendly and accommodating, they even added extra cilantro upon request and packed the avocado slices separately for my takeout order. The prices were reasonable, so I highly recommend giving this place a try.

The octopus was not crispy when I chewed it, possibly due to overcooking. The sauce had a strange soda-like taste that I didn't enjoy. I also found it to be a bit pricey. The restaurant is located inside a bodega and only accepts cash payments.
