The food here puts a modern twist on traditional Cantonese cuisine. While some ingredients and preparation methods differ from the authentic style, the flavors still capture its essence. Simple dishes with great texture and flavor, loved the Garlicky Bok Choy (nice and crispy) and the five spice pork.
