What Anna Banana dislikes about Subway:
The bacon and cheese slices at this restaurant appeared spoiled. Adding to the disappointment, the sandwich maker placed lettuce on my order without confirming, prompting me to leave without making a purchase. Additionally, the prices here are exorbitant. I had a very disagreeable encounter with one of your staff at this location. I placed an order online and the guy basically told me that I was lying and had not placed it. When I provided him with proof of receipt, he refused to look at it. He said if I wanted to place my order I had to place it with him in person and pay him again. I asked to talk to a manager and he said there wasn?t one. This situation was very upsetting. I will NEVER step foot into this location!

The bacon and the cheese slices in this place looked rancid. To top it off the worker making the sandwich put lettuce on it before asking me so I just walked out. The prices here are also very high. For the $7.50 they charge for a tiny sub you can justgo to any Yemen owned deli in the area and get a hot or cold foot long on hero bread.

If I could give a -5 star (negative five star review, I would. The guy working the closing shift tonight NEEDS to be seriously retrained on communicating with customers, or simply needs to get another job if he hates this one so much!!! If you'resurrounded by a lot of noise generating machines, it is common sense to SPEAK LOUDER! He refused to comply with that requeste,blaiming my headphones for not hearing him. Showed him my music being off, one ear being completely exposed, and I still hadtrouble hearing him. Refused to put up with incredible rude guy and took my business elsewhere where I was met with kindnessinstead. The other location employees made me feel so welcome and were super helpful that I was more than happy to leave agenerous cash tip for all of them individually for turning my horrible Subway customers service experience into a pleasant one.This guy could learn a thing (or five! from them.
