Description

Nestled in the heart of Astoria, this popular SoBol location offers a vibrant array of acai bowls and smoothies, often praised for their fresh ingredients and generous portions. Many customers appreciate the delicious taste and friendly service, particularly when the manager is on-site. However, some diners have experienced service issues, including incorrect orders and menu inconsistencies. Critics have noted concerns about high noise levels and a lack of cash acceptance. While most rave about the quality of the acai offerings, a few have expressed disappointment over specific menu items, suggesting a need for greater attention to detail in both service and offerings.

Thank you SOBOL! you guys have the best team!!!! I was called immediately after I placed my order, the kind lady on the call phone explained to me that they were out of the matcha overnight oats and that they were able to replace it with another one and I was totally on board. They made this food delivery experience amazing! Service: Delivery Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

I was very disappointed to find out that despite labeling their menu as completely vegan, every dish contained honey as an ingredient. It was frustrating, even though you can still ask for it to be removed.

I have been to this specific SoBol location several times and have been disappointed each time. My orders have either been incorrect or missing items I paid extra for. Today, they even misplaced my order, causing me to wait an additional 10 minutes for a remake. As someone not from NYC, I expected better service and quality. Despite being a fan of Acai bowls, I will not be returning to this location. I do not recommend dining here.
