Description

At Citi Field, Shake Shack offers a tempting alternative to standard ballpark fare, with affordable burgers and unique shakes garnering praise. However, long lines and inconsistent service mar the overall experience. Patrons report substantial wait times, often exceeding an hour, and frequent order mix-ups. While the quality of the burgers impresses, the fries and other menu items can disappoint, with some reporting bland tastes and cold temperatures. Despite these shortcomings, many customers appreciate the value relative to other concession options and the delightful shakes, making Shake Shack a hit or miss depending on timing and service.

Quality was okay, I think the restaurants in the city are better. it is in the usually more salty in citifield from any reason.

Was in line that switched from 3 cashier's to one. How can that happen at any part of a game?? Workers were literally just standing around. Food was fine

I told them to hold the cheese but he held the special Shake Shack sauce too. This left me with a plain dried up burger. This was at CitiField

Always good food! I usually land here when I'm in a Mets game! The food is good and the line usually moves fast. The burgers are juicy and cooked...

Not too crazy, it was actually quite fast to come and order a shake, beer, rosé wine and of course their burgers. You even have a breakfast menu here...
