Obvs a great locale right on the Rockaway Beach Boardwalk. Places to sit in shade or sun. Service was friendly … no beyond that … the owner himself paid attention to my order! The others there were awesome as well. The pie was PERFECTION. My only problem will be what to do in the middle of the winter when I want one of these! If you take my advice, skip other pizza joints nearby and get some Seany.
